Return of goods and money
Return the goods available within 14 days of receipt. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt by us.
Return or exchange of goods of relevant quality is possible only under condition of preservation of the product’s functionality and presentation. We do not cover any costs of delivery of the goods.
In case of returning the goods of improper quality, we cover the costs of sending the goods back to us. To do this, you must provide a check for shipping.
The term of money return is up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the warehouse. Refund of the cost of goods is carried out only to the person specified in the order for goods. All refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage costs are non-refundable, except in the case of return of the goods of improper quality.

– if you paid for a product which is not in stock, we can offer you at our sole discretion a product similar in price or return the money to the account from which they were taken for the purchase.
– if you ordered a few positions and found not all positions are available, we at our sole discretion can make a refund for the cost of products which are not available or offer you to choose a product similar in price.

Delivery
The product is being sent within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
The order delivery period depends on the country and is from 8 to 15 working days. Portugal – to 3 days, Azores – from 7 to 15 days, Europe – from 6 to 10 days, rest of the world – to 10 days.
We are not responsible for late delivery of the order to you.
When the product is shipped, you will receive a message to an e-mail you provided at ordering.
